Are you insured and bonded?

Yes! We are insured and bonded for your protection.

What type of screening is done during the hiring process?

We conduct criminal background checks and verify employment eligibility on every prospective employee. Your safety and security are at the top of our business priorities.

Do you send the same Cleaning Tech every time?

We make every effort to provide you with consistency.  If this is a priority, please let us know and we will do our best! All our Cleaning Techs are trained to make your home sparkle.

How much does it cost?

Our fees are based on the size of the home, cleaning frequency, requested tasks and other variables taken into consideration. We’d love to discuss this further. Give us a call (281)-286-DUST (3878) or fill out our online quote request form.

How do I pay?

On the day of service we appreciate check payable to DK’s Dustbusters or cash left on the kitchen counter or table. We also accept Visa & Mastercard when arranged in advance with office staff.

Can I tip my Cleaning Tech?

Tipping is always appreciated. You may leave a cash tip or add the amount onto your check. If tipping on a credit card payment, just let the office know.

When do you provide services?

We provide residential cleaning services Monday – Friday between 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Our office hours are Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

Do I need to be home?

No, you do not need to be home. We just need make entry arrangements ahead of time.

What about my pets?

We are pet people! If your fur babies are friendly, they can watch us while we clean. Some clients crate their pets, put them in a closed in area (laundry room, closet, bedroom) or take them to doggy day care. We do not provide pet accident or litter box clean up services.

Who supplies the cleaning products and equipment?

Our Cleaning Techs arrive equipped and prepared to clean your home. If you would like us to use something special/specific, we ask that you provide your requested item(s). Our office makes detailed notes so we may be consistent with any special instructions on your home so please email the office or call us (281) 286-3878 with any cleaning supply requests.

What do I need to do to get ready for a cleaning?

Don’t worry about the cleaning…That’s our job! Please do pick up clothing, books, toys, or clutter. If you are unable to, then we will do the best we can. The more picked up the home is, the more surfaces we can get to.
If you would like bedding changed, please set out the clean linens on the bed or dresser. Please run dishwasher before we arrive if we are putting away your clean dishes.

What if I need to reschedule or skip/cancel my cleaning appointment?

We appreciate as much notice as possible. If you wish to skip/cancel or reschedule your appointment, please email us at least 48 hours before your appointment or call us at (281) 286-3878. Our prices correlate with the cleaning frequency if a cleaning is skipped or postponed.

How do I customize my cleaning if I have a special request or would like to add an additional service?

Please email the office or call us (281) 286-3878 before your appointment so we may schedule appropriately and discuss additional fees if applicable. Our Cleaning Techs are given detailed notes from the office so we may be consistent with any special instructions on your home.
